Day 1:  Hanoi - Overnight  Train to Lao Cai (-/-/-)
20h00: Pick up at hotel and transfer to Hanoi Railways Station for the overnight train to Lao Cai departing at 21h00.

Day 2: LAO CAI - BAC HA SUNDAY MARKET - SAPA (B/L/-)
Upon arrival at Lao Cai station, you will be met & picked up for having breakfast before heading to Bac Ha market - where the Red Dao, Black Hmong, Tay , Xa Pho ethnic minority people converge from the surrounding mountainsides or valley to trade their goods, especially colourful embroideries made by hands. Coming here, you will learn more about market culture of hill tribe people in the North of Vietnam. Before getting back Sapa, we will visit one Palace of H’mong King, built in 1921 by French Colonists to control peasants in this region & on the way to Sapa, stopover to take photos of remote villages & high limestone cliffs.

Day 3: SAPA - LAO CAI - OVERNIGHT TRAIN BACK TO HANOI (B/-/-)We continue venturing into northern Vietnam with the next stop being Bac Ha Market, which also attracts a wide variety of ethnic minority groups including the Variegated Hmong, Dao, Phu La, La Chi, Tay.
