* General Booking Conditions
All tours and services can be booked directly with VietnamTravels.com or its appointed agents. VietnamTravels.com and the Client agree that the terms and conditions for the services provided by VietnamTravels.com shall be governed by the following general booking conditions and that the general booking conditions shall form an entire part of the service contract, whether verbal or written, entered into VietnamTravels.com and the Client.

* Prices and validity
All prices quoted to the Client are net in U.S. Dollars and valid until 30 September 2009. Vietnamtravels.com also warrants that the prices quoted to the Client are correct at the time of issuance of Client’s brochure but are subject to change in line with market, tax, currency fluctuation, with or without prior notice.

* Payment
Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 30% ( thirty per cent) deposit is requested and the balance of the total package tour price should be paid at least 30 days ( thirty days) before starting date of the tour, or otherwise VietnamTravels.com may cancel the bookings without any refund of the sums already paid to VietnamTravels.com by the Client. The Client’s payment shall be executed by cash or credit card. Except for cash payment, service charge may be added. In case credit facilities has been agreed with the Client, payment shall be executed by one of 3 ways as below:

1. Telegraphic transfer to the following bank accounts (+bank fee):

2. Credit Card: We accept Visa Card & Master Card (+3.5%bank fee).

3. Through Xoom.com: In urgent case, you can use this way to settle your deposit (+5% service charge).

* Cancellation
Charges for cancellation of booking are not levied by VietnamTravels.com but if hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation, the Client shall be liable to pay those charges to VietnamTravels.com.

* Liability
VietnamTravels.com always undertakes everything within its power to exceed the Clients’ expectation in terms of quality and value. The understanding is that VietnamTravels.com acts as intermediary between the Client and airlines, hotels, transport operators, local tourist offices providing services to the Client. VietnamTravels.com shall in no event be liable to the Client by reason of unsatisfactory services provided to the Client by third parties or by way of indemnity, for any loss, injury, delay, change in schedule or other adverse events beyond the control of VietnamTravels.com. The Client warrants that VietnamTravels.com shall not be responsible and liable for additional expenses and damages due to any delay, accidents, action of god, unrest, political action.

* Claims
All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes, claim and litigation shall finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Center at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the end of the services.
