At present, only citizens of few countries can visit Vietnam without entry visa:

- Not more than 30 days: for citizens of Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Laos.
- Not more than 15 days: for citizens of Japan and South Korea, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland.
- French citizens holding valid diplomatic passports are exempt from visa requirements when visiting Vietnam and are allowed to stay for up 3 months at one time or on several visits within six months since their first immigration dates.
- Citizens of Chile holding valid diplomatic or official passports are exempt from needing entry, exit and transit visas in Vietnam's territory and are allowed to stay for up 60 days on each visit.

Following the best normal practice, we highly recommend all tourists to get the visa stamped on your passport before the departure by applying to either the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate overall the world. However, If you want to avoid a long & complicated procedure for a visa to be approved at Vietnam’s Embassies in abroad (normally from 4 to 10 days), we are so willing to help you arrange the visa approved code service for you. But in case there is not any Vietnam’s Embassy or Consulate in your country or you just want to visit Vietnam only once by the way you are travel in some neighboring countries in region. At that time, the Visa on Arrival is the best solution. The Visa on Arrival is a type of Visa being stamped on your passport at one of International airports in Vietnam upon arrival. But this kind of visa will only be issued if you apply for it in advance and get it approved. If you apply for this type of visa, we will send a copy to you by fax or attached email after having the after approval letter from the Immigration Department. Your tasks are to print our letter out then keep along with you to show at the Visa on arrival Office inside the airport to get Visa stamped easily.

b- Procedures:
Just Right after receiving your personal information, we will proceed the visa immediately. In urgent cases, the process will take only 1 upto 2 working days, normally will take 3 upto 5 working days.

Visa upon arrival: After being approved by the Immigration Department, we will send you the Visa Approval Letter by email in attached file. Please do not forget:
- Print out the Visa approval letter to show at the check-in counters while boarding on plane
- Bring 2 passport pictures for the Visa application when you arrive Vietnam
- $25 in cash to pay for the visa stamping fee

Approval Code Visa: Similarly, we will send you the Visa Approval Letter by email in attached file. It is better for you to print out and keep together with your all documents when you apply the visa at Vietnam’s Embassy or Consulate in abroad.

What you need while applying for a visa at a Embassy/ Consulate

* Passport of at least 6-month validity
* Visa application form (take from the Embassy/Consulate)
* Two passport pictures
